The Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots just had one of the most impressive performances in Super Bowl history. Dak Prescott and Tom Brady led their teams to a combined score of 73-27, with the two quarterbacks combining for 23 touchdowns, no interceptions, and 3,600 yards.
The dak prescott height is a surprisingly quiet and impressive feat by Dak Prescott and Tom Brady.
You have to give Dak Prescott and Tom Brady credit because it’s obvious that they know what they’re doing as football players and entertainers.
The two great quarterbacks wowed in a Week 1 battle, with Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers edging out Prescott’s Dallas Cowboys 31-29 in the last second. Both players not only performed well to begin the 102nd season of the National Football League, but they also entered an elite club in the process.
In Week 1, Dak Prescott and Tom Brady created NFL history.
Those who have Brady and Prescott on their fantasy football teams received a lot of bang for their buck in Week 1.
Prescott completed 42 of 58 throws for 403 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception in his first game back from a serious ankle injury. Brady, who is 44 years old and still going strong, completed 32 of 50 passes for 379 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions. In ESPN PPR leagues, both quarterbacks scored over 27 fantasy points.
In the process, the pair also managed to create an amazing round of history. Both quarterbacks passed for more than 50 yards in a game, with Prescott’s 58 attempts matching a career best established against Baker Mayfield’s Cleveland Browns in a 49-38 defeat last October.
Only four times in league history have both teams attempted at least 50 passes in a game, and Thursday’s opening was one of them. Prescott, who joined the group in July after becoming 28 years old, is the club’s sixth member.
We’ve figured out what you’re asking. Shouldn’t there be seven or even eight quarterbacks in that group if this is just the fourth time it’s happened? That’s where we’ll have to explain ourselves.
Brady had previously achieved the feat in 2014 with Peyton Manning.

For good reason, Brady’s battle with Peyton Manning seems like it happened a long time ago. The two last met in the AFC Championship Game in January 2016, when Manning’s Denver Broncos defeated Brady’s New England Patriots.
The two great quarterbacks had a memorable fight a little over a year before in Foxborough, Massachusetts. In the Patriots’ 43-21 win on Nov. 3, 2014, both players attempted over 50 passes.
On Sunday Night Football, Brady completed 33 of 53 passes for 333 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception. In the defeat, Manning completed 34 of 57 passes for 438 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions.
Prescott was still at Mississippi State when the game happened, just to give you a sense of how quickly time flies. Manning is now one of the highest-paid players in the NFL and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
You’re probably quite acquainted with the other quarterbacks in that group.
That high-profile matchup between Brady and Manning wasn’t the first time two teams tried more than 50 passes in a single game. It was the first time, though, that two quarterbacks had achieved the accomplishment.
You may be wondering how that’s feasible. Drew Brees and the San Diego Chargers faced Matt Hasselbeck and the Seattle Seahawks on Dec. 29, 2002. Seattle forced overtime with a 21-point fourth quarter before winning 31-28 in the season finale.
In the win, Hasselbeck threw for 449 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions on 36 of 53 passing attempts. On 49 tries, Brees, a second-year quarterback from Purdue, tossed three touchdowns. However, rookie receiver Reche Caldwell caught a 20-yard pass, giving both teams a total of 50 passes attempted.
On Dec. 22, 2019, there were no technicalities in a Week 16 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Miami Dolphins. In a 38-35 overtime defeat, Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton completed 33 of 56 passes for 396 yards, four touchdowns, and no interceptions. Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Dolphins’ quarterback, completed 31 of 52 passes for 419 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception.
By now, we’ve figured out how sports operate. We’ll be writing about how Brady and New York Jets rookie Zach Wilson collaborated to achieve the feat for the 10th time in league history in a few months.
