Over the course of his storied career, Rodgers has owned a large number of NFL teams, but none have been subjected to his wrath as often or as severely as the Bears.

Rodgers has a 21-5 regular-season record versus the Bears in his 17 years with the Packers. On his way to his lone Super Bowl win, the future Hall of Famer also beat Chicago in the playoffs.

In his career, Rodgers has passed for 6,208 yards and 57 touchdowns versus the Bears, his best totals against any opponent.

Rodgers added to his victory total on Sunday when he defeated the Bears, 24-14, in Chicago. And, after scoring a game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter, he reminded the crowd how simple it had always been.

“I own you for the rest of my f***ing life.” You are still mine. As he raced to the sidelines, Rodgers said to a sea of blue and orange, “I still own you!”

Bears supporters were displeased with the snide remark, but they couldn’t dispute that he was incorrect.

Olin Kreutz, a former Bears great, wants to smack Aaron Rodgers in the face.

Rodgers’ jeer last Sunday enraged more than just Bears supporters. Olin Kreutz, who played center for the Bears from 1998 to 2011 and was selected to six Pro Bowls during that time, revealed this week on 670 The Score that he wants to silence Rodgers personally.

I wish I could smack him in the face. Isn’t it your first response when you see anything like that? It doesn’t matter to me whether you’re correct. That is your first response, regardless of what his explanation is. That strikes me as a poor explanation. … This is the kind of person you are, as we all know. You’re competitive, and you feel that way, and you’ve won a lot of games at Soldier Field. Just because you’re correct doesn’t mean you should do it. It doesn’t make us feel any better.

After being mistreated on their own soil, Kreutz proceeded to suggest the Bears’ locker room should have “a little edge.” Later this season, we’ll see whether they can repay the favor.

The Bears will be hurting for a few days after this humiliating defeat, but there will be no time to mope when Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit town on Sunday. A victory against the NFC favorites might be just what the Bears need to get back on track.

The Bears will go to Lambeau Field on December 12 in the hopes of avenging yet another defeat to Rodgers and the Packers. That one is going to be scheduled television.
